Pieces of You-Teachers

Yeah, I know that not written for

for awhile, but hey here is this week's topic, and it is on Teachers.

Whether you're still in school, or long finished, teachers have played a big role in all are lives. Even as we get old we remember them. Do you have, or have you had any teachers that stand out in your mind as a great influence or bad role model? Share your experiences with us.

Well I am fortunate to say that I have had some teachers in Highschool that had a real impact on my life. I'm in my third year of college, now and I'm still going strong. True, I have had some ups and downs, like having to make a big decision in changing majors, but I can still say that I'm still in College.

My favorite teachers that had a great impact on me in Highschool was my Honors and A.P English Teacher Mr. McNeil, my Geometery Teacher Mrs. Martin, and my teacher for the College Prep. Program called A.V.I.D Mrs Griffin. All of them instilled in me,that I can do anything that I want in my life. They were always there for me when I needed someone to talk to, and I learned a great deal in their classes. Mr. McNeil retired the year that I had graduated. He had been teaching there for almost 40 years. My other teachers are still at my old Highschool. I would really like to go visit them. I have not been back to visit since Spring Quarter of Freshman year. I would love to go visit, but I just do not have the time right now.

I don't think that mye teachers will ever forget who I am because I was the type of student who stood out. I excelled and tried my best in everything. I have emailed them, but they must be too busy to answer my emails, but I will find sometime to go visit them soon.
